This course provides comprehensive training for employees in Ontario on identifying, preventing, and reporting workplace violence and sexual harassment. Aligned with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and the Human Rights Code, it covers legal definitions, employer and employee responsibilities, and specific internal procedures for maintaining a safe work environment. Participants will learn how to recognize warning signs, understand the complaint process, and apply best practices for building a professional culture of respect and accountability in a medical or corporate office setting.
